Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter at YOUR HRM EXPERT. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assisting in the coordination of the hiring process. The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing candidates and using recruitment databases
• Strong resume screening and evaluation skills
• Proficiency in conducting initial interviews and assessing candidates
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
