Primary Title (standardized): Junior Recruitment Consultant (Target-Based / Consultancy)
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: source, screen, schedule, and close candidates to meet weekly and monthly targets.
- Build high-quality talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and Boolean search; maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
- Conduct strong first-touch candidate engagementphone screens, competency assessments, and timely updatesensuring excellent candidate experience.
- Partner with client/account teams to understand hiring briefs, calibrate role requirements, and deliver timely shortlists aligned to SLAs.
- Drive offer process through negotiation, reference checks, and closure; ensure smooth onboarding handoffs and post-offer follow-up.
- Track recruitment KPIs (submissions, interviews, offers, closures, time-to-fill) and produce concise daily/weekly reports for managers.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 02 years of experience in recruitment, campus hiring, or sales/BD roles preferred.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing, job portals (Naukri/Indeed/Monster), and basic Boolean search techniques.
- Familiarity with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and strong data-entry discipline; comfortable with Excel/Sheets for reporting.
- Proven target-driven mindset with the ability to meet KPIs in a consultancy or agency-style environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English; confident on phone and in client/candidate interactions.
Preferred
- Experience in IT/tech recruitment or staffing consultancy; exposure to high-volume hiring is a plus.
- Prior use of LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, or experience with remote-first workflows and asynchronous communication.
