About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Recruiter who will work closely with early-stage startups, helping them build teams from scratch (0 1 hiring).
This role is not just execution you'll be directly involved in understanding business needs, setting up hiring processes, and scaling teams across functions like Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with startup founders & hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Drive 0 1 hiring for new roles and teams
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and creative channels
- Screen candidates and assess culture fit for startup environments
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline from scratch
- Coordinate interviews and ensure fast turnaround times
- Maintain trackers and bring structure to unorganized hiring processes
- Ensure a great candidate experience in a fast-paced setup

Requirements
- 12 years of experience in recruitment (Non-IT preferred)
- Strong interest in startup ecosystem & fast-growing brands
- Ability to work in high-speed, ambiguous environments
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hustler mindset someone who can figure things out without structured processes
