Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, conducting initial interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Responsibilities also include managing the hiring database, scheduling interviews, supporting recruitment activities, and building strong talent pipelines while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications:

Recruitment and candidate sourcing skills, including resume screening and interview management

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for candidate engagement and collaboration with hiring managers

Ability to coordinate and manage recruitment events or activities

Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining detailed hiring records

Familiarity with industry trends and workforce management is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
