Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter - Non IT/Target Based at HINDUSTAN RECRUITMENT. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process. Key responsibilities include identifying and sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. The candidate will also be tasked with meeting recruitment targets and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Qualifications
Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
Experience in Hiring processes and coordinating recruitment efforts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
