Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Junior Recruiters who are passionate about talent acquisition and want to build a strong career in IT/Engineering recruitment. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring, working closely with experienced delivery teams and clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen profiles and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess technical fit, experience, and communication.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and trackers.
  • Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, offer discussions, and joining.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Work on multiple requirements and meet daily/weekly submission targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate network for future hiring needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 15 years of experience in IT or Engineering recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of basic IT technologies and hiring requirements (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable working from office (minimum 3 days per week; preference for full-time office presence).
Education & Tools

Graduate in any discipline (HR / Management preferred)

Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, or other job portals is an advantage

Basic proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers
