Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social platforms.

Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth experience.
Support senior recruiters in managing hiring campaigns and talent pipelines.
Track candidate status and follow up on interview feedback and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
01 year of experience in recruitment or HR support roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
