Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior QA/QC Engineer with 13 years of experience in Mivan residential construction projects. The selected candidate will support the QA/QC team in ensuring that all construction activities meet the required quality standards and comply with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting daily quality inspections on-site to ensure compliance with approved construction drawings and standards.
- Monitor and report on the quality of Mivan shuttering, concrete works, and finishing activities.
- Support senior QA/QC engineers in preparing inspection test plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality documentation.
- Conduct material inspections and ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date QA/QC records, including site observations, inspection reports, and test results.
- Communicate quality-related issues to the project team and help track corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and third-party inspectors to facilitate smooth quality checks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 13 years of experience in QA/QC, specifically in Mivan residential construction (mandatory)
- Familiarity with construction standards, codes, and QA/QC procedures
- Understanding of concrete technology, formwork systems (especially Mivan), and finishing quality checks
- Basic knowledge of QA/QC tools and report preparation
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
