About The Company
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Python Developer to join our growing engineering team. This role is ideal for a fresher or someone with up to one year of experience who has a strong interest in backend development, APIs, automation, and scalable applications.
You will work closely with senior engineers to build high-quality software solutions, write clean code, and contribute to real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and well-structured Python code.
- Assist in developing backend services, APIs, and automation scripts.
- Work with frameworks such as Django or Flask (training/support will be provided if needed).
- Debug, test, and maintain applications to ensure strong performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product leads.
- Learn and follow best practices in version control, documentation, and code reviews.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Python fundamentals (OOP, functions, modules, data structures).
- Basic understanding of web frameworks (Django/Flask) or willingness to learn.
- Good understanding of SQL / databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with REST APIs is an added advantage.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow guidance.
- Exposure to Git/GitHub
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Understanding of cloud basics (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with automation scripts or mini projects
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Candidates with strong self-learning/project exposure will also be considered
