About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Python Developer (Data Analysis) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are passionate about Python programming, data analysis, and problem-solving. The selected candidate will work on data processing, reporting, automation, and basic analytics projects while gaining hands-on industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python scripts for data processing and automation.
• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from various sources.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data summaries to support business decisions.
• Assist in developing data pipelines and workflow automation solutions.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Work with spreadsheets, databases, and structured datasets.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Document code, processes, and technical findings.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous learning activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized institution.
• Fresher candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Python certification from a recognized training provider or platform.
• Strong understanding of Python fundamentals, data structures, and programming concepts.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and statistics.
• Familiarity with SQL and databases is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
