Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Junior Publisher Relationship Manager. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Publisher Relationship Manager / Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on building and nurturing strong relationships with our publishing partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and driving client success. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator,highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and client needs simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
o Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key publishing
partners.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for publishers, addressing queries, providing
support, and ensuring satisfaction.
o Understand client needs and objectives, offering solutions that align with business
goals.
o Conduct regular check-ins with publishers to ensure their ongoing success and
satisfaction.
2. Operations Management:
o Oversee and manage the daily operational processes related to publisher accounts.
o Monitor and manage the performance of publisher campaigns, ensuring KPIs are
met.
o Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and analytics) to ensure
smooth delivery of publisher requests and service.
o Troubleshoot and resolve any issues, ensuring minimal disruption to clients
operations.
3. Campaign Support and Reporting:
o Coordinate the setup, execution, and optimization of publisher campaigns.
o Analyze campaign data and performance metrics, preparing regular reports for
clients.
o Provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization based on
performance data.
o Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients on campaign progress and
outcomes.
4. Client Onboarding and Training:
o Facilitate the onboarding process for new publishing partners, ensuring they
understand the platform and tools.
o Provide training and support to clients as needed to enhance their experience with
the platform.
o Proactively assist clients in adopting best practices to maximize the value they
derive from the platform.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on
client expectations and deliverables.
o Provide feedback to internal teams regarding client needs, product improvements,
and service gaps.
6. Issue Resolution:
o Handle escalated issues and work to resolve challenges promptly.
o Ensure that all concerns are addressed in a timely manner, with a focus on
maintaining positive client relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in client-facing roles, particularly in publisher management,
operations, or account management.
Strong understanding of digital publishing, advertising, or related industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and
manage competing priorities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make
recommendations for improvement.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
