Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Proposal & RFP Analyst to support the preparation of proposals, tenders and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading and understanding RFP documents, extracting key requirements and assisting in drafting structured, high-quality proposal content. This role is essential in supporting the business development team and ensuring timely, compliant and compelling submissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Read, analyse and interpret RFPs, RFQs, EOIs and tender documents to identify scope, eligibility criteria, submission formats and key requirements.
- Prepare initial summaries of RFPs for internal review and discussions.
- Draft, format and edit sections of proposals, including company profiles, capability statements, methodology, timelines and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams (research, finance, operations, leadership) to collect relevant inputs and data required for submissions.
- Help develop standard templates, boilerplate content and reusable proposal materials.
- Maintain version control of documents and ensure proposals follow the specified guidelines and compliance criteria.
- Support the preparation of presentations, cover letters, annexures and supporting documentation for submissions.
- Track upcoming tenders and maintain a database of opportunities.
- Assist in preparing submission checklists and ensuring all required documents are included before final submission.
- Ensure timely delivery of all drafts and final submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, Management, Economics or a related field.
