Junior Project Manager

Profile: Junior Project Manager

Shift: US Shift (Night shift)

Job Location: Sector 98, Noida

Duties:

Receiving incoming work assignments from PMs and assigning work to appropriate resources

Utilize available tools and ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost effectiveness

Keep constant communication with PMs, forecast workload, identify processes which require improvement, and report any issues which may impact the department.

Maintain list of task assignments, and batch statuses

Ensure timely delivery of projects

Monitor daily production of assigned projects

Communicate daily with linguists and QA team

Ensure processes used meet all client and vendor contractual requirements

Provide the translation team with all necessary tools to meet client expectations; i.e. glossary and guidelines

Perform data entry to facilitate proper and timely invoicing

Skills/Qualifications:

Experience with production or a project management environment

Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Comfortable with learning new technology

Attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Ability to prioritize work to efficiently balance multiple projects and deadlines
