Job Description-
- Good understanding of project life cycle
- Adept at producing required documentation including business requirements, future state proposals, UAT plan, use cases, sequence diagrams, and scope matrix
- Able to analyze and precisely file the business and systems requirements
- Create monthly reports on the overall performance and the targets achieved; point out the areas of improvement and give recommendations accordingly
- Develops an effective communication process to keep others up to date on the project results
- Able to maintain logs for meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates
- Identify innovative ways to understand the needs of the customers and increase customer satisfaction
- Elicit business and user requirements via workshops, customer meetings, workflow storyboards, user stories, process modeling, analysis of competitive systems and other methods
- Manage the status of requirements and the underlying feature throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience-2 to 5 Years
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (Business, Engineering, Management, etc.)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of project management concepts
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
