Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and delivery
- Assist in understanding and documenting user flows and product requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks within Agile/Scrum workflows
- Support SDLC processes including requirement gathering, testing, and deployment coordination
- Maintain clear documentation and track progress using project management tools
- Ensure high attention to detail while handling tasks and deliverables
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a startup environment
Must-Have Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with user flows and SDLC concepts
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment
Good-to-Have Skills
- Familiarity with Figma
- Exposure to project management tools such as Jira, Azure Boards, or Trello
- Basic understanding of SaaS or eCommerce platforms
- Exposure to product documentation or business analysis
