S&J | Trivandrum | Full-Time (In Office)

Work Schedule: Monday–Saturday (Saturday Half Day)

What You'll Actually Learn

You won't just assist. You'll operate.

You Will Learn

  • Using Zoho (ERP + Analytics) to track vendors, orders, and buying trends
  • Vendor sourcing: identifying suppliers, onboarding, maintaining clean data
  • Getting quotations, comparing prices, understanding margins
  • Basics of negotiation and cost control
  • Export documentation discipline and process structure
  • Coordinating with finance, logistics, and operations to close tasks properly
  • Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) to draft better emails, organize data, and reduce errors

This is structured, practical learning — not random exposure.

What You'll Do Daily

  • Call vendors and collect quotations
  • Follow up consistently until requirements are complete
  • Update ERP status immediately (no will update later)
  • Track order timelines and flag risks early
  • Prepare simple trackers and reports for your manager
  • Support the team in meeting buyer timelines and documentation standards

You will be accountable for task closure — not just effort.

You Must Be Comfortable Using AI Tools To

  • Draft clear emails to vendors and international buyers
  • Write professional follow-ups (quotes, delays, confirmations)
  • Organize information clearly and reduce mistakes

Clear communication is non-negotiable — phone, email, WhatsApp.

You're a Good Fit If You

  • Are a graduate (Commerce / Business / Supply Chain preferred)
  • Are comfortable with numbers and basic Excel / Google Sheets
  • Are organized and disciplined with follow-ups
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are tech-savy and open to learning AI tools
  • Take ownership — if you take a task, you finish it and update status
  • Want long-term growth in procurement / operations

Work Structure

  • Monday to Saturday
  • Saturday: Half Day
