About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and eager-to-learn candidate to join our office team as a Junior Accounts & Office Executive.
This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who wants hands-on exposure to accounts, office administration, and export operations in a supportive work environment.
Training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Support
Booking and packing courier shipments (FedEx, etc.)
Handling daily office requirements (ordering supplies, coordination work)
Maintaining proper files and records
Accounts & Billing Support
Assisting in salary processing
Making payments for office and factory bills
(Electricity, Telephone, Insurance, Purchases, etc.)
Checking Tally entries and vouchers before approval
Coordinating for GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B)
Documentation & Compliance
Preparing and sending documents to buyers, banks, and logistics partners
Assisting with export documentation and email communication
Helping with certificate renewals:
HALAL
FSSAI
APEDA
EPCH
Coordinating with banks for export write-off documentation
Inventory & Purchase Coordination
Updating factory stock reports in Excel
Assisting in purchasing materials required for production
Coordinating with factory staff for stock updates
Who Can Apply
Graduates in B.Com / BBA / BMS / Any Commerce-related degree
Freshers or candidates with 13 years experience
Basic knowledge of:
MS Excel
Tally (preferred )
Willingness to learn accounts, documentation, and office operations
Organized, sincere, and comfortable with responsibility
