Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Tiruppur Taluka for a Junior Merchandiser. The Junior Merchandiser will assist in managing orders, coordinating with clients and suppliers, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities include trend analysis, product development support, sample approvals, and monitoring the production process to ensure timely delivery. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure client satisfaction and align with the company's standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in trend forecasting, fabric R&D, and knowledge of garment industry practices
• Not more than 3 years of Experience in coordinating with suppliers, clients, and production teams
• Proficiency in tracking production schedules, addressing quality issues, and ensuring timely deliveries
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Prior experience in garment manufacturing or apparel merchandizing is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology Fashion Management, Apparel Merchandizing, or a related field
