Junior Mechanical Design Engineer - Surgical tools

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in surgical tools. The role involves creating innovative mechanical designs, developing and testing new products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals. Responsibilities also include using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools to develop 2D and 3D models, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and participating in design reviews and optimization processes.

• Proficiency in Design Engineering and knowledge of Product Design principles
• Experience with Mechanical Engineering and Machine Design methodologies
• Strong skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating technical drawings and models
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and design optimization
• Familiarity with surgical tools or medical devices is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
