JOB PURPOSE
- To ensure financial reporting on a timely basis to management
- Preparation of Board Reports and Audit Reports, and other MIS reports
- To track the Budget vs Actuals Variance Analysis
- Coordinate with different departments for collection of data related to Revenue and expenses.
Ensure submission of reports to regulatory body on a timely basis

Key Accountabilities
- Assist Manager for preparation of Project Plan
- Preparation of Budget based on the Plan
- Tracking of Budget vs Actual along with Variance on a monthly basis
- Preparation of monthly Executive Committee presentation
- Preparation of quarterly Board Presentations
- Preparing Audit Committee presentations
- Monitoring cashflow on weekly basis
- Preparation of monthly cashflow for MD office
- Preparing fortnightly SCFO update (PPT) by coordinating and collating data from various finance verticals of DIAL.
EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS
Interacting with Bank officials to obtain the documents to be submitted to Regulatory Authority
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS
- Interacting with other verticals within Finance department
- Interacting with all other departments i.e. Legal, Commercial, Procurement, Operations, HR, P&E, IT with in DIAL
- Interacting with Taxation, Secretarial, Account closing team.
- Interacting with Management Assurance Group for internal audit related issues.
