Are you a legal whiz with a passion for research and writing We are looking for a Junior Legal Researcher to join our team at WeDidIt! As a key member of our legal department, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and gain valuable experience in the field.
You will be working with the founder of MiddleMen.Asia, Sree Krishna Seelam, who is also the founder of WeDidit.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research on various topics and provide summaries and analysis for our team
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memos
- Work closely with attorneys to support ongoing cases and projects
- Keep up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact our business
- Assist with preparing for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Contribute to the development of best practices and policies within the legal department
