Role Overview
We are looking for a Jr. Layout Designer to join our Publications team. The role
requires strong layout skills and a good eye for typography, grids, and visual hierarchy.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on long-format documents and
collaborating with content, design, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design impactful layout corporate publications such as annual reports,
magazines, books, and newsletters
Work extensively on Adobe InDesign for long-format, print-ready documents
Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for supporting graphics, image
correction, and illustrations
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, typography, grids, and page flow
Prepare files for print and digital delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality
Incorporate AI-based tools to generate or enhance images and visual assets
when required
Collaborate with senior designers, editors, and project managers to meet
timelines
Handle revisions and feedback efficiently across multiple projects
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in publication or layout design
Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (mandatory)
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Good understanding of typography, grids, and long-format layouts
Basic understanding of print processes and file preparation
Familiarity with AI tools for image generation or enhancement (Midjourney,
Firefly, or similar is a plus)
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Experience working on corporate publications or editorial design
Understanding of accessibility and readability in publications
Exposure to digital publications and interactive PDFs
