About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Junior Java Developers who are passionate about backend development and possess strong fundamentals in programming and problem-solving.

This role provides hands-on exposure to real-time fintech projects and structured mentorship from senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in developing and maintaining Java-based applications

· Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code

· Support backend development using Core Java and Spring Boot

· Work on REST API development

· Debug, test, and troubleshoot application issues

· Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies

· Continuously improve technical skills and adapt to new technologies

Technical Skills Required

Mandatory:

· Strong understanding of Core Java

· Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

· Good knowledge of OOPS concepts

· Understanding of Collections and Exception Handling

· Basic understanding of SQL / Databases

· Good logical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

· Exposure to Spring / Spring Boot

· Basic understanding of REST APIs

· Internship experience in Java development

· Knowledge of Git

· Exposure to Redis (basic understanding is a plus)

· Academic or personal Java-based projects

Eligibility Criteria

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (2023 / 2024 / 2025 pass-outs)

· Strong academic background preferred

· Candidates with strong coding fundamentals will be prioritized
