Job Description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage servers hosting websites, ensuring optimal performance and maximum uptime.
Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard client data and infrastructure, including malware scanning, firewalls, and encryption.
Provide timely and effective customer support, serving as the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical difficulties.
Assist clients in migrating their websites between hosting providers, ensuring a seamless transition without disruption.
Optimize server performance for fast loading times and a smooth user experience through configurations, caching, and content delivery networks (CDNs).
Skills and Experience
Strong knowledge of web server technologies .
Proficiency in server operating systems such as Linux and Windows.
Experience with server virtualization technologies
Understanding of security protocols and best practices.
Familiarity with web hosting control panels.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Server+,etc
