About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Junior IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team at datavruti. You will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent in the AI/ML, Data Science, and LLM domains. Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates using Boolean search and advanced recruitment techniques across multiple job boards and platforms

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of AI/ML engineers, Data Scientists, and LLM specialists for current and future hiring needs

• Conduct initial screening calls and technical assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies

• Post job openings, manage applications, and maintain organized candidate databases and tracking systems

• Provide a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage with regular communication and feedback

Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 1-3 years of IT recruitment or talent acquisition experience

• AI-native / AI-first / modern recruitment strategies & mindset

• Proficiency in Boolean search syntax and advanced search operators for sourcing candidates

• Extremely strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice-to-Have:

• Layman understanding of AI/ML concepts, Data Science, or LLM technologies
