Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Designer to join our team. The role involves assisting in leading design projects, coordinating with clients, and supporting the design team in delivering innovative and functional interior solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance creativity with practical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Prepare design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and presentations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for design execution.
- Support in material selection, finishes, and furniture planning.
- Ensure design quality, timelines, and cost efficiency are maintained.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Mentor junior designers and interns when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in interior design.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design tools.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in residential and modular/interior design projects is preferred.
