Role Description

The Junior Interior Designer role is a full-time hybrid role based in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves leading design projects, developing concepts, and overseeing their execution to meet client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, creating construction drawings, selecting and sourcing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, Enscape and Adobe Suite is compulsory
• Experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of FF&E selection and sourcing
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Prior experience in handling multiple design projects and coordinating with various stakeholders is a plus

Salary: 20,000-24,000 + travel expenses
