Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of NFPA Codes and Standards, International Building Codes (IBC/IFC), UAE Fire & Life Safety Code and Saudi Building Codes.

• Develop fire and life safety strategies and design solutions as per local and international standards.

• Review architectural layouts and provide code compliance comments.

• Perform fire zoning, occupant load calculations, egress analysis, travel distance review and vertical opening protection review.

• Prepare submissions for Civil Defense approvals.

• Coordinate with authorities for approvals of fire safety designs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant Fire & Life Safety design experience.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Key Competencies.

• Technical expertise in fire codes
