Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Interior Designer for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Junior Interior Designer will assist in creating and refining interior design concepts, developing space plans, producing construction drawings, and selecting finishes, furniture, and equipment (FF&E). The role requires close collaboration with the design team to ensure designs meet project objectives, client preferences, and timelines. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Knowledge of Architecture principles and Construction Drawings
- Skill in FF&E (fixtures, furnishings, and equipment) selection
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Prior experience or internships in interior design projects would be an advantage
