About The Role
We are looking for a talented and driven Junior Interior Designer to join our full-time team. This role offers an ideal blend of creative freedom and technical exposure. You will work on premium residential projects, collaborating with senior designers and clients to bring design concepts to life.
Location Requirement
This is a full-time, office-based role in HSR Layout, Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop mood boards, concept presentations, and style boards for luxury residential projects
- Prepare detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, elevations, and interior planning drawings using AutoCAD
- Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp to effectively communicate design ideas
- Design client presentation decks and participate in meetings alongside senior designers
- Assist in developing color schemes and material palettes, and work with the material library
- Support project coordination and execution while maintaining design quality standards
- Contribute to design discussions, brainstorming sessions, and creative workshops

Compensation
- Salary: 2.4 LPA 3.6 LPA (based on skills and portfolio)
- Travel allowance: 1,500 per month
- Performance-based incentives

Days: Monday to Saturday
Time: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office)
