Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and technically inclined Junior Interior Design Architect to contribute to our diverse projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with a foundational year of experience to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. You will work closely with our senior design team to develop concepts, create detailed drawings, and produce stunning visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior designers in developing design concepts and mood boards.
- Create detailed 2D & 3D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using SketchUp and Revit.
- Generate high-quality, photorealistic renderings and walk-throughs using Lumion and D5 Render.
- Prepare and update presentation materials for client meetings.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and to understand project scope.
- Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure designs are practical, meet client briefs, and adhere to budgets.
- Learn and adhere to industry standards and building codes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 0 - 1 year of professional experience in an interior design or architectural setting (including internships).
- Software Proficiency is a MUST:
- SketchUp (for 3D modeling)
- Revit (for BIM and detailed documentation)
- Lumion and/or D5 Render (for rendering and visualization)
- Strong visual and spatial awareness with a good eye for aesthetics, color, and detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen willingness to learn and adapt in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
