Role Description

We are seeking a Junior Instructional Designer for a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The responsibilities include designing effective instructional materials, conducting needs analyses, developing training programs, managing learning management systems, and overseeing curriculum development. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the training aligns with organizational goals and improves learner engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Needs Analysis and the ability to identify and understand training requirements
• Strong skills in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development
• Experience in Training & Development and Learning Management implementation or support
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to design learner-centric content
• A degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and software is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SMEs to understand training requirements.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules and training materials.
• Assist in storyboarding and scriptwriting for educational videos.
• Update and maintain existing learning content to ensure accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi.
• Experience: 02 years (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome!).
• Skills: Basic knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Canva.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal English skills.
