About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented freshers to join our EdTech team as Junior Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective learners, explaining course offerings, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, communication, and career growth in the EdTech industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
  • Stay updated about company programs and industry trends

Requirements

  • Any Graduate (Life Science, Engineering, Commerce, or Arts background preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for sales and customer interaction
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven attitude
