This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Executive Human Resources, located in Bhosari MIDC. The Junior Executive Human Resources will be responsible for supporting HR operations, maintaining employee relations, implementing HR policies, and assisting in various HR management tasks. The role includes coordinating with different teams, handling administrative HR responsibilities, and ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies. Your proficiency in MS Office applications - particularly MS Excel and MS Word - along with strong English language skills, will be essential in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes such as screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Support in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
- Assist in organizing skill development and development programs for employees.
- Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews.
- Support in HR projects and initiatives to improve overall HR operations.
- Provide Finance & Accounting Support.
- Track and Monitor Expenses.
- Coordinate Basic Bookkeeping Activities.
- Follow Up on Invoices & Coordinate Vendor Payments.
