Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Human Resources Consultant located in Anklesvar. The Junior HR Consultant will assist in managing HR functions, including the formulation and implementation of HR policies, employee relations initiatives, and addressing labor and employment matters. Additionally, this role entails providing support in conducting HR audits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to talent management strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and understanding of HR Policies
- Experience with HR Management and Employee Relations
- Basic knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience or internships in HR roles are an advantage but not mandatory
