Position: Junior HSE digital consultant (Cority Administrator)
Location: Koregaon Park, Pune
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
Experience:
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in EHS system/application administration. E.g. Cority, Quentic, Enablon, Intelex.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration:
- Configure and manage Cority system settings, user access, and security profiles.
- Monitor system performance, identify and resolve technical issues.
- Implement change requests agreed upon in Change Control Board.
- Develop solutions for change requests in test environment and migrate approved version into production environment.
- Incidents Management:
- Administer ServiceNow tickets related to Cority HSE suite.
- Assist users in logging into the Cority system.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action plans for technical failures.
- Compliance Management:
- Generate reports for audits.
- Maintain system documentation related to compliance procedures.
- User Training and Support:
- Provide technical training to users on Cority functionalities and data entry procedures.
- Respond to user queries and troubleshoot system issues.
- Develop user guides and training materials.
- Maintain system documentation.
- Administer SharePoint documentation for users.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate customized reports and dashboards to track key EHS metrics.
- Manage data management uploads into Cority (e.g. HR feed, hours worked).
- Extract data from Cority for reporting purposes (MS Office, PowerBI, etc.).
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in system administration practices of EHS suites (e.g. Cority, Enablon, Intelex, Quentic).
- Experience with database management and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) principles and regulations.
