Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will work closely with HRBPs and other stakeholders to support the development and implementation of HR initiatives. This role requires a solid understanding of human resources principles, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations:
- Assist in managing employee relations issues by conducting investigations and providing recommendations for resolution.
- Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Talent Acquisition:
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting initial candidate screenings, and assisting in the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Provide support to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- Training and Development:
- Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Assist in identifying development opportunities and support employees in their career growth.
- HR Policies and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and guidelines.
- Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Employee Engagement:
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Gather feedback and assist in implementing initiatives to improve overall employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
