Junior HR Recruiter

This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for various roles within the organization. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships with hiring managers, conducting interviews, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, including employer branding and talent acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms such as applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in HR or recruitment, preferably within a creative or marketing agency, is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable
• A proactive and team-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results
