Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated HR Operations Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and managing new hire documentation.
  • HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Payroll Support: Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and resolve any related inquiries.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits inquiries and coordinate the enrollment and changes in benefits programs.
  • Compliance: Support compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
  • Reporting: Generate HR reports and metrics as required for management review.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and provide support in resolving HR-related issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR operations or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
