We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior HR Operations Executive to support our growing IT services organization specializing in Digital Transformation, AI & Emerging Technologies solutions.
This role will focus on HR operations, employee lifecycle management, onboarding coordination, and HR documentation while supporting a dynamic tech-driven workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit formalities)
- Prepare HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters
- Coordinate background verification (BGV) and document validation
- Maintain HR trackers (attendance, leave, probation, confirmations, etc.)
- Support payroll inputs and HR compliance documentation
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires (especially IT & technical resources)
- Ensure smooth joining formalities and documentation compliance
- Support employee engagement activities and HR communications
- Address basic employee queries related to HR policies and processes
