Job Description

  • Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers
  • Handle the onboarding process, including documentation and joining formalities
  • Maintain employee records, databases, and HR documentation accurately
  • Track daily attendance and leaves and share inputs for payroll processing
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and coordination across branches
  • Ensure smooth communication between management and employees
  • Assist in implementing company policies, discipline, and HR processes
  • Support performance tracking and follow-ups with team members
  • Coordinate HR activities, meetings, training sessions, and engagement initiatives
  • Work closely with multiple branches and ensure timely updates and reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information responsibly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and follow-up ability
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes
