Job Summary
To assist administrative and human resources activities, we are looking for a driven and meticulous Junior HR & Admin Associate. This entry-level position is intended for people who want to manage everyday office activities and coordination responsibilities in addition to gaining practical experience in HR services like hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups
- Support new hire onboarding, documentation, and induction activities
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave trackers
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
Administration:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and facility management
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Maintain records of office assets, stationery, and petty cash
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting setups, and events.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 01 year of experience in HR/admin internships or entry-level roles (Freshers are welcome)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of HRIS tools is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to maintain confidentiality
