JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Developing visuals for new brands and products and maintain the consistency of existing ones.
- Generate creative advertising ideas that are clear, persuasive, original and brand aware.
- Brainstorm ideas and concepts with the creative team.
- Works on several projects at once and showcase understanding of briefs and manage deadlines.
- Display good understanding of branding and marketing communication across Mainline and Digital.
- Design appealing graphics, typography, visual composition, etc as per new trends of design
- Build and maintain good relationships with the account and planning teams;
- Encourage creative and strategy discussions with servicing team members as and when needed.
- Should be able to do reels, gifs, motion videos
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Agency background with at least 3 years exp. is a must.
- Diploma/Degree qualified.
- Knowledge in advertising, graphic design, motion graphics, typography, layout, color sense.
- Familiar with Illustrator, Photoshop, aftereffects software's
- Skills of After Effects and Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
