Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer will support the creative team in developing visual assets for digital and print campaigns, including social media posts, marketing collateral, and presentation materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating layouts, refining design concepts, preparing files for production, and collaborating with senior designers and marketers to ensure brand consistency. The role will also involve adapting existing designs, experimenting with typography and color palettes, and contributing ideas during brainstorming sessions. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida, requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a solid understanding of visual composition and design principles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding, with the ability to create and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography, including selecting and pairing typefaces and ensuring legible, appealing text layouts.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and basic knowledge of digital design formats.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative work across different media and an eye for detail, color, and layout.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, accept feedback constructively, and work collaboratively with designers, marketers, and clients.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
