Junior Graphic Designer

Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer is a full-time hybrid role based in South Delhi, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves creating visual assets for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, trip brochures, presentations, and promotional campaigns. The Junior Graphic Designer will support brand consistency by following established visual guidelines, preparing design files, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to translate trip concepts into engaging visuals. Day-to-day tasks include developing layouts, refining typography, assisting with logo applications, and iterating on design feedback to produce high-quality, accurate deliverables.

Qualifications

• Ability to create and adapt visual assets, including general graphics and graphic design work.
• Skills in logo design and branding to support and strengthen the Juniper Outdoor visual identity.
• Understanding of typography and its application in layouts and marketing materials.
• Proficiency with common design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent software).
• A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and an interest in outdoor or adventure themes is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid team environment.
• Relevant coursework or a degree/diploma in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is an advantage.
