Job Description: Graphic Designer (Junior)

About the Role

The Brooklyn Creamery is looking for a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling,

on-brand content across our digital ecosystem - social media, website, e-commerce and

quick-commerce platforms. You'll work directly with the brand team and have real input

into how the brand's visual identity evolves as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Content

1. Design day-to-day creatives for the brand's social media platforms, website and

online selling platforms.

2. Build Instagram carousels, story templates, website and other social media

assets - static and animated.

3. Design campaign assets across digital and offline formats: social media

creatives, performance ad creatives, website banners and OOH materials.

4. Design banners and listing assets for online commerce platforms (Blinkit,

Swiggy, Zepto, Instamart, etc.), optimised to each platform's specifications.

AI-Enabled Production

5. Use AI tools - Gemini, Nano Banana, Seedance - to generate and enhance

images and short-form (10-15 second) videos for social media and campaigns.

Brand & Creative Operations

6. Adapt master creatives across platforms and formats while maintaining visual

and brand consistency.

7. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints while contributing ideas to the

evolution of the visual identity.

8. Maintain the monthly brand content calendar based on briefs from the brand

team.

9. Build and maintain template libraries for recurring social content formats.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Applied Arts or Fine Arts.

1-2 years experience in digital design / creative production; strong working

knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Working knowledge of basic video editing, motion graphics or illustration.

Prior experience designing for a premium F&B, D2C or FMCG brand preferred.

Portfolio showing social, campaign and e-commerce design work.
