Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for visual storytelling and a strong foundational understanding of design principles, eager to contribute to a variety of projects and grow their skills.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute design concepts for various marketing and communication materials.
• Create and edit visual content, including but not limited to, social media graphics, flyers, banners, email templates, and presentations.
• Assist in the production of digital and print assets, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh and innovative design ideas.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets and project files.
• Stay current with industry trends, design software updates, and new techniques.

Skills Required

• Strong foundational knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A portfolio showcasing creative work and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual designs.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Time management and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn and take constructive feedback.
• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
