Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a Graphic Designer for a Retail brand from Bengaluru.

Job Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns

• Create promotional materials such as posters, banners, brochures, and flyers

• Develop visual assets for website, emailers, and online marketplaces

• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms

• Design in-store creatives such as standees, signage, display boards, and offers

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and retail teams for campaign requirements

• Edit and enhance product images (basic retouching, resizing, background correction)

• Work on festive campaigns, new collection launches, and store openings

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role for 6 months at least (jewellery/luxury/fashion preferred)

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Basic knowledge of Canva (preferred)

• Understanding of typography, layouts, and colour theory

• Ability to translate brand guidelines into strong visual designs

• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work
