Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1 to 2 years of experience who can turn travel packages, offers, and destinations into visually engaging creatives. The ideal candidate should be able to design high-quality social media posts, static ads, carousels, travel infographics, and professional PDF itineraries that appeal to a multilingual Indian audience while maintaining a consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media and Ad Creatives
- Design static posts, carousels, story creatives, and thumbnails for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create scroll-stopping static and visual ads for Meta campaigns across multiple destinations.
- Develop destination-based creatives for offers, festive campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
- Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats for different platforms and placements.
Brand and Campaign Design
- Design banners, posters, and promotional creatives for digital and print use.
- Build destination visuals for blogs, landing pages, and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain visual consistency in color, typography, and layout in line with the Dimaak Tours brand.
- Translate travel packages and offers into clear, attractive visual concepts.
Travel Itineraries and Print Collateral
- Design professional PDF travel itineraries with clean formatting, layout, icons, and imagery that offer clear readability for clients.
- Lay out brochures, flyers, and package documents that reflect the brand tone.
- Ensure pricing, inclusions, and key details are presented in an organized, easy-to-read manner.
Collaboration and Asset Management
- Work closely with the marketing and content team to visualize packages, offers, and campaigns.
- Maintain organized project files, reusable templates, and a structured brand asset library.
- Manage multiple design requests and deliver within set timelines.
Required Skills and Tools- Software proficiency: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
- Ability to design clean, visually appealing PDF itinerary and brochure documents.
- Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, color, and composition.
- Comfort designing multilingual creatives with Tamil, Hindi, and English text without breaking layout or readability.
- Good understanding of social media trends, ad formats, and storytelling through visuals.
- Basic knowledge of AI design tools that support creative work, such as Adobe Firefly or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
- Fluency in Tamil and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Figma, Lightroom, basic motion graphics in After Effects, and photo or video shoot support.
