Job Description Junior Graphic Designer

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 0 3 years of experience in graphic design (internships, freelance work, or academic projects accepted).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Basic understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition principles.
  • Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, with an eye for creating clean, professional, and on-brand visuals.
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas and work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A portfolio demonstrating design ability and creative thinking (student, freelance, or internship work acceptable).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content formats is an advantage.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and production of a wide range of materials, including branding assets, marketing brochures, corporate presentations, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Head to develop concepts and execute design solutions that align with Aetram's brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Support the creation of engaging social media content, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment across all platforms.
  • Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to deliver polished and professional designs.
  • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions.
  • Assist with basic video editing tasks, such as trimming footage for social media reels or YouTube videos, under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Conduct visual research and stay up-to-date with design trends to help ensure our content remains modern and competitive.
  • Ensure all design files are organized, production-ready, and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple assignments with attention to detail and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
  • Be open to receiving and applying feedback to continuously improve design outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to motion graphics or video editing tools.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Experience creating content specifically for social media channels.
